VE is committed to developing interactive solutions that are user friendly and improve efficiency for advising offices/career centers and admissions offices alike.

veCollect was designed as a “prequel” to veClient. veCollect assists advisors/career centers with collecting letters directly from evaluators in digital format as .doc, .docx, or .pdf format on letterhead with signature.  The advising office/career center can then create a packet of letters according to the needs of the applicant.  The packet of letters, in .pdf format, can be posted toveClient where it will be available to the health professions schools/ programs that accept letters through the veClient.

veCollect can also be used by advisors and career centers to collect letters for applicants to programs that do not use theveClient.
