veCollect Solution
veCollect is a tool for advisors and career centers. Use veCollect to help you collect letters of recommendation/evaluation for your students/alumni directly from faculty and others in digital format as .doc, .docx, or pdf on letterhead with signature. You can then transmit the letters according to the needs of the applicant.
The letters can be posted in .pdf format to veClient. Or they can be transmitted through other services or by hard copy through the mail.

veClient Solution
veClient, our flagship solution, is in its sixth year. veClient is designed to facilitate transmission of letters of evaluation from undergraduate schools (senders) to admissions offices at health professions schools/programs (receivers). 
Building on Our Relationships
We value our ongoing partnership with the National Association of Advisors in the Health Profession (NAAHP), a relationship that began with the 2006 application cycle and continues today. NAAHP members can subscribe to veClient in order to transmit letters of evaluation for their applicants.
We also work closely with individual health professions schools and with AMCAS (the American Medical College Application Service), TMDSAS (the Texas Medical and Dental School application Service), and AACOMAS (American Association of College of Osteopathic Medicine). And we are actively seeking relationships with medical institutions to offer the creative solutions to improve efficiency in your work flow.
